An owner-managed company still reconciles its bank statement by hand — not because that work is different at ten people than at four hundred, but because nobody built the machinery at a size and price that fits. We think that is a problem worth spending a company on.

Obligations don’t scale down.
A five-person company keeps the same statutory records as a five-hundred-person one — the same CPF contributions, the same ACRA filings, the same five-year retention. What scales down is the help. Most software for companies this size is built for a simpler business than the one you actually run, and the difference gets carried by hand.
Busywork is a defect, not a job.
Re-keying an invoice. Chasing a leave form. Copying a tracking number between two tabs. None of that is work — it is friction left behind by tools that refuse to talk to each other. We treat it as a bug and fix it.
AI drafts. It does not decide.
Our agents read the documents, write the entries, prepare the replies — and then they stop. Every consequential action waits for a person, with the evidence attached. That boundary is enforced in the runtime, not in a policy document nobody reads.
Records you can stake an audit on.
Books that can be quietly edited are not books. Our ledger is append-only, every action names who took it, and every AI decision carries its cost. Trust is not a brand attribute. It is a data structure.
Interface quality is not decoration.
Software in this market is usually designed for whoever signs the cheque, not for the person who has to open it every morning. A queue that surfaces the right three decisions beats a dashboard with forty numbers. We design for the person doing the work at 6pm on a Friday.

- Everything described on this site is behaviour that exists in the product. Where a capability is partial, the copy says what the real path is instead of describing the aspiration.
- No invented numbers
- We do not publish time savings, customer counts, or ROI figures we have not measured. It costs us some marketing copy and buys back every claim we do make.
- Gates, not intentions
- Tenant isolation, approval boundaries, spend limits, and audit coverage are enforced by automated checks that block a release. A rule that only lives in a document is a rule that has already been broken.

- Sharkflow keeps its own books, files, documents, and operations inside ThePlatform. The first team to feel a bad decision is ours.

We would rather be believed later than impressive now. Anything that has not shipped is labelled.

We already built the software that runs events end to end. Running them is the natural next step, and one we intend to take rather than one we have taken.
Hardware
Some operational problems stop being software problems at the edge — the counter, the floor, the door. We want to build there. Nothing has shipped, and we will say so until it has.

GST returns, CPF and SDL contributions, the local chart of accounts, ACRA filings and corporate secretarial obligations — the product knows these because we operate under them. Jurisdiction fluency is not a localisation setting bolted on at the end.
Singapore is a good place to build this. It is small enough that the whole operating problem is visible from one company, and demanding enough that getting compliance wrong is not survivable. Both of those make for better software.
