CommerceStore

Batch Shopify orders, courier bookings, and labels in one workflow.

Move paid orders through packing, courier booking, labels, tracking, and payout records as batches.

Run your store’s daily fulfillment without juggling Shopify admin, a courier portal, and spreadsheets: batch orders, book couriers through EasyParcel, print labels, and reconcile everything back to Shopify.

For Shopify merchants moving enough orders that one-by-one fulfillment becomes the bottleneck.

Built for Singapore ecommerce ops

One recorded workflow from Shopify order to courier handover.

Store keeps the batch, booking, label, tracking, failure, and settlement connected instead of spreading them across tabs.

Shopify orders
Sync the current order state, keep selections across searches, and assemble fulfilment batches without exporting a spreadsheet.
EasyParcel booking
Book supported couriers in bulk with remembered store preferences, pickup dates, parcel details, and sandbox rehearsal.
Partial recovery
Complete the successful parcels while failed bookings return to the queue with the courier reason and a retry path.
Settlement link
Keep Shopify fulfilment and payout records connected to Finance so operations and reconciliation use the same source.

Why it is easier

Keep Shopify as the storefront; simplify everything after checkout.

Connect the store and courier configuration once, then run the daily work from filtered order batches.

An order list built for batching

Saved views, shift-click ranges, and selections that survive searches — assemble one booking batch across many filters.

Courier booking in bulk

Parcel dimensions auto-estimated, courier priorities remembered per store, pickup dates that roll around weekends — then one job books everything.

Labels and paperwork

Airway bills and batch documents download together; failed orders retry without re-doing the batch.

Reconciled, not hoped

Bookings match back to Shopify orders and flip fulfillment status; a sandbox mode lets you rehearse with zero real charges.

Re-shipments with accountability

Replacement and missing-item resends are logged with what was sent and why — packing quality becomes measurable.

Loyalty without another app

Product reviews, social-follow rewards, points, tiers, and discount codes that publish straight to your store.

How it actually works

The mechanisms behind Store.

Not features — the guarantees. Each one is enforced in the product rather than promised in a policy.

The batch is a record
Selecting orders creates a shipping job that owns the whole run — rates, bookings, labels, manifests, and failures. Refreshing the page does not lose it.
Idempotent webhooks
Shopify deliveries are deduplicated on their webhook id, so a retried notification cannot double-fulfil an order or double-post a payout.
Failures are partial, not fatal
If one parcel fails to book, the rest of the batch still ships. The failed order returns to the queue with the courier’s actual reason attached.
Settlement reaches the ledger
Settled payouts can post journal entries directly, so commerce and books reconcile against the same record instead of two exports.
Intelligence in Store

Sam — Store operations.

Sam resolves orders and shipments, previews courier changes before anything moves, and follows bookings through to an AWB instead of declaring success from a queue.

  • Every rebooking is previewed in full before a single label is bought
  • Execution is confirmation-gated — the approval cannot be split or worked around
  • Couriers are never silently substituted; a partial batch is surfaced for review

Questions from Singapore teams

Evaluating Store? Start here.

Direct answers about local fit, controls, and how the module works with the rest of ThePlatform.

Does Store connect to Shopify?
Yes. Shopify is the current commerce connector for orders, products, fulfilment state, content, discounts, and settled payouts.
Can a Singapore team book couriers in bulk?
Yes. Store creates a persistent shipping job that can price and book supported EasyParcel services, then collect labels and batch documents.
What happens when one shipment in a batch fails?
The successful shipments continue. The failed order returns to the queue with the provider’s reason so the team can correct and retry it without rebuilding the batch.
Can Store post directly into Finance?
Settled payouts can become proposed Finance records. The normal finance review and approval controls still determine what reaches the ledger.

Move the day’s orders as a batch, not a browser marathon.
