Books that keep themselves — with your approval.

Turn scattered financial paperwork into review-ready books without giving up control of what gets posted.

Drop in bank statements and receipts. Molly, your AI accountant, extracts the lines and proposes the entries with evidence attached. Nothing posts to the ledger until you approve it.

For owner-managed companies and finance teams closing books from statements, receipts, and storefront data.

The finance difference

Stop rebuilding the books from loose evidence.

Handle the document once

Upload the source file. Extraction, balance checks, matching, and the draft entry stay attached to it.

Review judgment, not typing

Your queue focuses attention on accounts, contacts, exceptions, and low-confidence proposals.

Close with the gaps visible

Coverage banners, GST exceptions, and close blockers show what remains before a report is trusted.

Manual booksReview-ready books

Rename receipts, copy totals, and key the same facts into a ledger.

OCR extracts the facts and Molly proposes the entry with the source attached.

Correct posted work by quietly editing cells or overwriting an entry.

Posted entries stay immutable; corrections use a visible reversal chain.

Read a polished report without knowing which transactions are still missing.

Every statement declares its coverage and the amount not yet represented.

How it actually works

The mechanisms behind Finance.

Not features — the guarantees. Each one is enforced in the product rather than promised in a policy.

Immutable posting
Posted journal entries are protected by database triggers. A correction is a new reversing entry linked to the original — the first entry is never rewritten.
Evidence binding
Every proposal carries the source document, the extracted lines, and the balance check that validated them. Approving records who approved it and when.
Declared coverage
Reports state how much of the period they actually represent. A statement that is missing transactions says so on its face instead of quietly under-reporting.
Gated close
The period close runs on a readiness checklist. Overriding a blocker is possible, requires an approval, and writes an audit event.
Your AI teammate

MollyAI accountant.

Molly reads your documents, drafts the entries, matches bank lines, and asks when she is unsure. Her work always stops at your review queue first.

Spend the month reviewing the books—not rebuilding them.

Put Finance to work inside the same platform as the rest of your operation.
