CustomersInbox

Customer email, answered faster — never unsupervised.

Keep the mailbox your team knows while turning repetitive replies into supervised, context-aware drafts.

A full email client synced with Gmail. AI agents draft replies into a review folder; your team approves, edits, or discards. Nothing leaves the building without a human decision.

For Gmail-based teams whose customer replies depend on context spread across the business.

“Could you resend the June invoice?”

The message arrives and is tagged as untrusted content before any model reads it. Injection markers are stripped at the boundary.

Every draft waits here. Nothing sends itself. Rendered with the product’s own components — sample records, not customer data.

01

Your whole mailbox, synced

A one-time backfill pulls every message, label, and attachment; from then on the inbox stays live across accounts.

02

Drafts wait for you

AI-written replies land in a dedicated folder with three buttons: Approve & send, Edit, Discard. That is the entire policy.

03

Triage at speed

Shift-click ranges, bulk archive and forward, and a trash with restore — plus a confirmation before anything is deleted forever.

04

Safe by construction

Email bodies render in a sandbox, so a malicious message cannot act inside your workspace.

05

Context attached

Drafts that reference open invoices link the finance records, so approving a reply does not mean hunting for numbers.

06

Compose like normal

Rich-text compose, reply, forward, and attachments — it behaves like the mail client your team already knows.

How it actually works

The mechanisms behind Inbox.

Not features — the guarantees. Each one is enforced in the product rather than promised in a policy.

Send is a gated tool
Sending mail is on the platform’s dangerous-tool list, which means the runtime requires an explicit human confirmation before it executes. Not a setting — a gate.
Grounded drafts
A reply that cites an invoice, an order, or a shipment is linked to that actual record, so you can check the claim before it goes out in your name.
External text is quarantined
Incoming email is tagged as untrusted before it reaches a model, with known prompt-injection markers stripped. A customer cannot instruct your assistant.
Your mailbox stays yours
Gmail connects over OAuth and keeps its address, labels, and threads. Revoking access stops the sync; it does not hold your mail hostage.
